ESA Update

By Jeff Rizza | August 4, 2024

We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you of an important update regarding our community’s policies on emotional support animals (ESAs).

In the past year, a federal complaint was filed against CCVC, prompting us to reassess and broaden our inclusion of ESA’s within the community. One significant outcome of this process is that ESA’s, properly registered with CCVC, will now be allowed on Association property when leashed. The CCVC Board is also in the process of working with legal counsel to revise our Reasonable Accommodation Policy to ensure its compliance with federal regulations.

We would like to emphasize that our existing “no pets” rule has not changed. The allowance of ESA’s is a separate consideration and is being implemented to align with legal requirements.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this period of transition. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the HOA board.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Sincerely,
The CCVC Board of Directors

2023 Duck Race

By Jeff Rizza | June 16, 2023

Hello CCVC Community!

As summer approaches, so do our annual July celebrations. A CCVC favorite, the Duck Race is scheduled for 1PM on Monday, July 3rd. The rain date will be one day later on July 4th at the same time. As alway, 50% of the entry proceeds will fund 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes. The remaining 50% will go towards the Club’s budget for gifts and donations. We will of course also be hosting the popular kids race with fun prizes! More details are included in this flyer. If you have any questions, contact Thomas Rizza. Be sure to purchase your ducks before the race begins!

New Trash & Recycling Policy

By Jeff Rizza | June 16, 2023

Dear Members,
We have a new trash and recycling policy. Trash and recycling will be picked up on Mondays between Memorial Day and Labor Day. During the remainder of the year, pickups will occur on Wednesdays. Please read and familiarize yourself with this FAQ regarding the new policy. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask a board member to clarify any concerns/questions you may have. Thank you! (on behalf of Marjie)
