Renter's Agreement
The Cape Cod Village Club Renter's Agreement must be completed by anyone wishing to rent from a member in Cape Cod Village. The member renting their home is responsible for providing a copy of this document to each of their renters every time they rent.
Boat Slip Request
This form is used to request a slip for your boat. Members must submit the form before the start of each season if they wish to dock a boat on the Club docks.
Architectural Application
The Architectural Application form facilitates the process of having any new construction projects, additions, or renovations approved by the Club. An Architectural Application Form must be submitted before your project begins.
Reasonable Accommodation Request
The Reasonable Accommodation Request form is used by members to request an accommodation.
Member Information Form
The Member Information form is used to collect basic information about new and existing members to keep our contact records updated.
Acknowledgement of Bylaws (new member)
The Acknowledgment of Bylaws form for new members is used to formally establish that new members of the Club have read and understand the Club's current bylaws. Prospective members must complete the form before completing their purchase of property within Cape Cod Village Club.
