Docks & Boats
Dock & Boat Rules
- The maximum length vessel our docks can accommodate is 22 feet.
- All boats used in another body of water must be inspected at a state approved launch facility prior to entering Lake George. The nearest inspection facility is the Hague Town Dock.
- All boats must be registered with New York State and have a Lake George permit. The closest location to obtain a Lake George permit is The Dockside Landing Marina right here in Hague.
- Boats docked on the North Beach are required to use whips.
- Similarly, boats docked on The Point must either use whips or be kept on a hoist.
- Boats smaller than 16 feet and jet skis may be launched at the Club's ramp, but a four-wheel drive vehicle must be used.
- Anchoring is not allowed in the launching area.
- Jet skis are to be docked in designated slips (they can not be docked in deep water slips).
- If a member would like to utilize a second slip they are available on a first-come first-serve basis. There is a $400 fee for a second slip.

Dock Crew
The Dock Crew takes on the important task of installing the Club's docks in the spring and removing them for winter storage in the fall. Members who volunteer for the Dock Crew receive a monetary stipend in the spring and fall to compensate them for their contribution. Please keep in mind that the Dock Crew is different from the Dock Committee.
