Rentals
A few of our members choose to make their homes available to rent. These properties, along with their availability and details, can be found below. Please be sure to review the "Steps to Renting" outlined at the end of this page. There is important information you should be aware of before renting in Cape Cod Village.
Steps to Renting
All of the documents mentioned below can be found in the Cape Cod Village Club Renter's Agreement (linked below).
At least one month before you arrive:
1. Read and understand the Club Rules and Regulations, which can be found in your Renter's Agreement.
2. Fill out the Rental Application and email to the contact provided on the form.
3. Read, understand, sign, and submit the liability form.
4. If you will be bringing a boat, fill out the Dock Request Form and submit it at least one month prior to arriving.
5. Mail or email a copy of your proof of liability insurance for your boat.
Immediately upon arrival:
- Contact a member of the Rental Committee to let them know you have arrived.
- Contact a member of the Dock Committee if you are bringing a boat.
