Spring 2021 Update

Hello Cape Cod Village Club and happy Easter! We hope this message finds you all well and preparing for your return to the lake. We have few updates for you:

1. The Board is working on 2021 COVID-19 guidelines. These will be sent out to the membership later this month.
2. Dock request forms will be distributed this month. You can also access the current dock request form here.
3. Members of the Finance Committee are currently reviewing the 2020 books.
4. A full Bylaws review is not scheduled for this year. However, the Bylaw Committee is working on some needed revisions to specific sections. We have received recommendations from the Rental , Reasonable Accommodation, and Architectural Committees regarding areas that may require bylaw changes. Any proposed revisions will be distributed to the membership as required prior to notice of a meeting.
5. The Docks, Building, Grounds & Water, Entertainment, and Beach & Playground Committees are discussing plans and projects to tackle this year.
6. The Building, Ground & Water Committee is planning to complete The Point riprap project during the first week of May. This project will require taking down the boat racks. The boat racks will be reassembled/rebuilt. ALL WATERCRAFT MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE POINT BOAT RACKS BY 4/30/2021!
